Randy's cases have been featured on Court TV and other major national and local media. In that regard, he has been interviewed and appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, ABC’s 20-20, The CBS Early Show, CNN, CNBC, Larry King Live, The Dan Abrams Show, FOX TV, On The Record with Gretta Van Sustern, National Public Radio, and numerous local media in the Twin Cities.
Randy has extensive experience speaking on a variety of topics. At William Mitchell College of Law he taught a course he created entitled “Corporate Ethics and Advising Corporate Clients.” He also introduced a new course and externship into the Clinical Program at the University of Tennessee College of Law focused on the “State Attorneys General Practice” and lectured at the University of Tennessee on Neuroscience and Ethics. He chaired a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar “Dealing with the Media in a High Profile Case' and was on the faculty of the CLE “Complex Litigation." Randy has also spoken at many CLE's and lectured at various universities and in front of judicial panels.
